Every other Tuesday morning, we meet in the Hall to share our love of stitching. We are a growing group of mixed ability sewers, but we have a lovely time and have been known to complete some projects!
A while ago, we made a quilt that was entered in the National Festival of Quilts at the NEC in Birmingham. This was no mean feat for such a small group and it was lovely to see our quilt hanging with the other 600 entries not to mention winning a Judges Choice award.
If you have an interest in patchwork, quilting, embroidery or any other similar activity, please come and join us. New members from Thruxton and beyond are always welcome. You can be certain of a cup of tea and a biscuit (if Lorraine remembers to bring some!).
