Thruxton Memorial Hall is managed as a registered charity by a group of Trustees.

The Trustees meet monthly to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of The Hall for the public benefit. An AGM is held in May each year.
 
All funds raised from events, grants and donations are put towards the running and maintenance of the building.
